If Hollywood is a high school cafeteria—and it is—then the Avengers are the kids everyone wants to sit with. It was confirmed yesterday that Batman vs Superman will be at Comic-Con and that Ben Affleck, despite the fact that he just announced his divorce, will make an appearance though it’s been stressed that there will be no personal questions. Warner Brothers did a good job of keeping the appearance of Zack Snyder and comics’ Holy Trinity (Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman) a secret in the run up to their panel on Saturday morning in Hall H. When Snyder took the stage and introduced his trio of stars, it felt like a legit surprise, and made for a great Hall H moment—the first time the Trinity has appeared together. Full Story

After having the new costume for Wonder Woman teased last month, at Comic-Con on Saturday Zack Snyder unveiled the first look for his cinematic version of the character, and it’s not bad. It’s still pretty T&A for a character who is supposed to be a warrior first and foremost, but let’s be real—it could have been much worse. Full Story

A month after casting speculation emerged regarding a female role in Batman vs. Superman that was assumed to be Wonder Woman, though I was skeptical, we now know two things for sure. 1) The role is, in fact, Wonder Woman, and 2) she will be played by Gal Gadot. Full Story
