Mariah Carey Gossip
Mariah Carey gossip, latest news, photos, and video.
Good luck or bad luck? The Chinese Squawking Chicken says it’s OK, especially for those working in creative industries. Does that mean we’ll have a good day for gossip? Maybe George Clooney will pick more fights with people.
Mimi released her new single The Art Of Letting Go yesterday. And I spent the whole day telling people to “Go to Mimi on your contact, press delete”. The problem with this song is that she doesn’t bring it home. You expect it to be one of those old school jams where she really gives’er on the chorus right? Well, it never comes. What she does instead is drop vocabulary. The Art Of Letting Go … of Mimi’s favourite words is what she should have called it. Quick sample: trifling, exceedingly, audacity. I bet you she tried to fit “bleak” in there and couldn’t find room.

Yours in gossip,
This is the cover art for Mariah Carey’s new single The Art of Letting Go. And here’s Mimi this weekend at the BET event. If only we could all be invited to watch a Mimi photo shoot. Photo shoots take a lot of time as it is. They’re constantly messing around with the light, futzing around with the angles, a photo shoot is tedious. Full Story
I love this video. But I love every Mimi video. This time Mimi is talking about herself. I’m not sure why I had to tell you that. What else would she be talking about? Well… When she tries to talk about why dembabies are special, she actually can’t get out the words. When Mimi has to talk about anything other than Mimi, she can’t articulate. Full Story
JLO maybe maybe not breaking up with Slum Bears is not the story here. The REAL JLO breakup story is about her assistant. JLO’s assistant, Gilly Iyer, (is that hard “G” because if so this is AWESOME), who worked with her for years, quit recently to join Jermaine Dupri’s team. Full Story
I should have known. It’s a holiday weekend. It’s THANKSGIVING. And you know what happens at holidays? Holidays are for Mimi. Because Mimi is a giver. She just can’t help herself. She cannot contain her generosity. Be thankful for Mimi. Because Mimi just wrote us an open letter, updating us on what’s been our primary concern – f*ck the prorogue, f-ck the government shutdown, f-ck everything…MIMI WAS INJURED. Full Story
Mimi is a giver. A very specific kind of giver. She gives by …not really doing anything but being herself. That’s how generous she is, you know? What’s that like if you’re her husband? It’s Nick Cannon’s birthday today. He’s now 33. And here’s what his wife posted for him on her Twitter, with the caption: Happy Birthday to my Hubby @NickCannon. Full Story

Have you figured out who was 15 minutes late to The Butler press conference yet? That was basic level gossip, right? Here she is, our lovely, at the premiere last night in a leather studded sling because she clipped her wing. Did you forget that SHE IS INJURED? How could you forget? She’s only been ramming that arm up your ass for three weeks. Full Story
Did Mimi go to Hogwarts? Silencio, a silencing spell, coming from Mariah Carey. Is that ironic? Mimi posted this video, full of amazingness, the other day and I decided to save it for a Friday, before the weekend. Because it’s how you let go. By watching 2 minutes of Mimi bloopers but, you know, not really. Full Story
There is no heart like the one of a butterfly who must ENDURE, you know? Our sparkle butterfly endured an injury last week but she found the strength, the courage to carry on. I realise this means nothing to you unless you know her song lyrics but still… Mimi’s sacrifice and bravery is universally inspiring. Full Story
I was despondent over the news the other day that our Butterfly Mimi had been injured because some motherf-cker let her walk around by herself in heels without holding her. Mimi dislocated her shoulder and cracked her rib. It was bleak, as she would say. BLEAK. But she managed to tweet a photo of herself in the hospital, with a sling, on a gurney. Full Story
