Yesterday she was out on a hike with Gigi Hadid. Gigi is one of the many Friends Of Taylor (FOT) featured in the upcoming Bad Blood video that will premiere at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday. Gwyneth Paltrow did not want the paps to shoot her face on Mother’s Day. Check her out yesterday at lunch, with Chris Martin, presumably celebrating with their kids. While G did not appreciate being photographed, she did post on Instagram a letter written to her by her son, Moses. Or “Momo”. Full Story
Universal announced yesterday that By The Sea, written and directed by Angelina Jolie, starring Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, will be released November 13. November is definitely not January. Or February. November is an award season sweet spot. November means the studio might have some award season plans. November also means By The Sea could hit the festival circuit. That means Venice. And/or, hopefully, TIFF. God, please let it be TIFF.
The Jolie also added a statement along with the date confirmation:
"This is a story about a relationship derailed by loss, the tenacity of love, and the path to recovery and acceptance. It has been a privilege to explore these universal human experiences with such a generous and talented cast and crew."
I was initially thinking that she’d take her film to Cannes because the Brange in Cannes has always never disappointed. Read Full Intro
Tom Hardy at the Mad Max: Fury Road premiere last night. Yeah. He looked hot. Intense, as always, which is part of it, I think. It’s not like you’re always citing his smile as his best feature. So Tom Hardy is the new Mad Max. The original Mad Max, as you know, is Mel Gibson who made a surprise appearance and they posed together with director George Miller. Full Story

That he’s on the cover of Men’s Fitness. But, like, he didn’t want to be too obvious about it. So he posted this on Instagram: Moment of extreme embarrassment. Tomorrowland comes out on May 22. George Clooney is now promoting the movie. Here he is at Jimmy Kimmel yesterday. And there are also interviews with Extra and Entertainment Tonight. On Monday, Joss Whedon quit Twitter. I assumed it was because with Avengers: Age of Ultron open in all the theaters everywhere, he was finally done promoting it and so he deleted his Twitter page, which was started two years ago to promote a movie. I didn’t think much of it at first, but by the end of the day the internet was going nuts, saying that Whedon didn’t quit, he was run out of electrical town on rails by a horde of rage-feminists who were mad at him for something about the Black Widow. Reese Witherspoon’s lifestyle site, Draper James has been gestating for about a year, and a few days ago I mentioned an uptick in social media activity. Now, in the midst of promoting her new movie, Hot Pursuit, it has launched. So what’s the deal, y’all? Well, it’s hard to talk about Draper James without mentioning Goop, the OG celebrity lifestyle site, and Preserve, Blake Lively’s plucky attempt at making each house a mason jar-filled home. As we get closer to the MET Gala on Monday, I have a question for you. You remember what happened at the MET Gala last year, right?
It was The Elevator.
The Elevator was probably THE biggest gossip story of 2014. So far, Beyonce and JayZ do not appear on any leaked attendees lists for the MET Gala. What’s your prediction then? Do Beyonce and JayZ return to the MET Gala? Or do they skip it for a year, put some distance between themselves and the scandal. Because if they show up, everyone’s going to bring it up.
Or maybe they DO come. Defiantly. On several counts. Because Jay’s been playing defence on the Tidal situation lately too. Maybe they even come WITH Solange. Like, you can’t touch us, you can’t bring us down. Can you see it? I can't decide. Read Full Intro

Earlier I posted photos of Tina Turner and Tom Cruise in Milan for the Armani anniversary. Even Janet Jackson was photographed. And she’s practically a recluse these days. So… tell me… Who do you think it is under this blanket? The person who can’t just walk out of a hotel like all the others without looking like a f-cking asshole? The person who hates the attention but never hesitates to benefit from the attention. Full Story

Fifty Shades Of Grey was a smash hit at the box office. There should have been only good news coming out of its theatrical release. Except instead of positive headlines, all the focus was on the fact that they couldn’t get their sh-t together for the sequel(s) because EL James is difficult to work with. Full Story
