I’m going to go ahead and put a SPOILER warning on this, even though I don’t think anything released by a movie studio as part of marketing counts as a spoiler. But I get tired of spoiler babies crying in my inbox, so SPOILERS, if you’re trying to avoid any and everything relating to New New Star Wars. Full Story

Fresh off her wedding and honeymoon, Jennifer Aniston is back at work, seen here in Atlanta on the set of Mother’s Day, directed by Garry Marshall. You’ll recall, Garry Marshall also directed Valentine’s Day and New Year’s Eve. It’s almost like he doesn’t know that holidays are already schmaltzy. Full Story

I don’t really get Greta Gerwig. She’s not untalented, but she doesn’t really rock my face off, either. Yet people keep flipping out over her (Lainey: I used to flip over her), and I just want to ask—you’ve seen Chloe Sevigny, right? You do know that Chloe Sevigny exists? In incredibly meaningless and frivolous news today, the internet’s pretend best friends, Amy Schumer and Jennifer Lawrence, are writing a movie together. Make no mistake, their friendship is real, as JLaw says they were “creatively made for each other” and that writing a screenplay with Schumer has been the “most fun experience” of her life. Full Story

Euphemisms are part of the gossip game. They are the colorful sprinkles tossed over the delicious sundae of smut, and by now we should all know a few key words, like “exhaustion”. We all know what “exhaustion” means. And now it looks like we need to add “scheduling” to our lexicon, because Bruce Willis exited Woody Allen’s new movie, just days after he was seen filming, and the official version of this story blames his sudden departure on Willis’s schedule. Full Story

Would you hang out with Quentin Tarantino? Over a 4 hour dinner? I would. I would LOVE TO. Because, really, he has no filter. Sometimes he’s right. Sometimes he’s very, very wrong. (Like the entire Aaron Sorkin section.) Sometimes he’s sucking himself off. But he’s always talking. Full Story

Late last week John Schnepp, the director of the documentary The Death of Superman Lives: What Happened?, which examines the breakdown of Tim Burton and Nicolas Cage’s collaboration on a Superman movie in the 1990s, appeared on a podcast for PopCornTalk and dropped the interesting tidbit that Mad Max visionary/director George Miller is in line to make Man of Steel 2 for Warner Brothers/DC. Full Story

Jesse Eisenberg and Kristen Stewart are a FANTASTIC screen couple, but people flat refuse to watch their movies. American Ultra reunites the Adventureland co-stars, and even though no one expected it to open at #1, as Straight Outta Compton continues to dominate, Ultra still disappointed with a $5.5 million Full Story

It always makes the internet happy when there are new photos of Tom Hardy with a dog. The internet is telling me that the world might need some happiness today because of the cash money crisis that’s happening over in China. Also, it’s been a while since we’ve had new pictures of Tom. Full Story
