Justin Bieber’s new album Believe Acoustic drops tomorrow and is expected to top the charts just days before the Grammys for which he received no nominations prompting his manager Scooter Braun to throw a hissy over Twitter. Click here for a refresher.

To promote the album, which needs no promotion, really, other than JB’s tweeting countdown messages to his Beliebers, he agreed to a new interview with Billboard to discuss the Grammy snub and the breakup and the future. So, basically, an 18 year old once again is given the opportunity to talk nonsense in an environment where an adult is in no position to question it.

Billboard: Speaking of validation, let's talk about the Grammys. Your manager Scooter Braun took to Twitter when the nominations were announced and you didn't get one. How did you feel about it?

Bieber: I felt the same way that Scooter felt, I just can't really... it's good that he can put it out there and say that. He had my back just like any manager would. My whole life I've dreamed of winning a Grammy. At this point, the excitement of that has gone down. I'm more excited to just make great music for my fans. That's just something that if it happens, it happens.

“My whole life”...

He’s 18!

Can we stop with the 18 year old kids “my whole life-ing” like they’re Susan Lucci? Annette Bening does not have an Oscar, Justin Bieber. You can wait another 5 years, hopefully 10. Especially when the reason this acoustic situation is happening at all is just to win a Grammy...

At least that’s what Scooter Braun says:

Braun acknowledges another reason for making the acoustic album now. "This is my reason, not his," Braun says. "But I want him to win a Grammy some day."

Well, at least he’s honest.

Justin?

I don’t think Justin knows.

Justin just keeps puking out platitudes:

“I love performing. When I go onstage and I see these people? That's what I do it for.”

So...not Grammys then?

“At this point, the excitement of that has gone down. I'm more excited to just make great music for my fans. That's just something that if it happens, it happens.”

Sure. But if he can’t win a Grammy (yet), you know who he’s rooting for?

“Chris Brown. I'm a fan. His music is really good. That's what they should focus on: the music.”

There it is, right there. 30 million Twitter followers, most of them young girls, all of them being encouraged by their one and only to support Chris Brown.

As for Selena Gomez -- for the first time, Justin seems to publicly acknowledge that it’s over. He wrote a song for her. It’s called Nothing Like Us. And he admits he’s sad:

“I'm not in the happiest place that I've ever been. I'm trying to get through what I'm going through. Like I said, I have my really close friends to cheer me up and keep me going.”

That didn’t even take 5 minutes. In that amount of time he goes from pro-Chris Brown to the sensitive lover. These girls, see?, these girls they never had a chance.
