I considered calling it “Best & Worst” but I’m not sure “worst” is the right word. And besides, to see Connie Britton’s face when Kyle Chandler forgot to thank you - it was the kind of eyeroll reserved for a family member, the kind of eyeroll Tami Taylor gave Eric. A lot. Like, OF COURSE he’d forget me. Full Story

Written by Duana Warning: I get emotional in here. If it’s not for you, no prob. Oh, you guys. Unbelievable. What a roller coaster ride if you’re a Britton fan. Of course we all had no hope that they could sweep the four categories they were nominated in. Full Story

That’s how Tami Taylor would say it, right? If you don’t love Friday Night Lights, don’t bother reading this article, UNLESS of course you want to meet the most authentic marriage in the history of television which, I know, sounds like an oxymoron but this is what they were able to achieve on FNL. Full Story

Written by Duana What do you know about Canadians? Sarah from Cinesnark explained that, before this weekend, a lot of her perception of Canada was via South Park. I know she’s joking, but I know a lot of people whose thoughts of Canadians involve Pamela Anderson, hockey, and cold weather. Full Story

You don’t have to be a fan of Friday Night Lights to get the reference. Doesn’t it look like Wonder Woman was styled straight out of a peeler bar? Jesus, Tyra. What are they doing to you, honey? This is Adrianne Palicki in costume as the new Wonder Woman for television. As you can see, it is NOT an improvement over Lynda Carter. Full Story

Written by Duana Season 5, Episode 12 I’m a pretty bad procrastinator – though I’ve learned to manage it much better over the years – and know a little bit about the psychology of it. Basically, procrastinators avoid doing tasks because of the potential for them not to go well. Full Story

Written by Duana Season 5, Episode 10 You went to turn on this episode, ready to follow the lives of the Taylors and Vince and probably Tinker, because who doesn’t love Tinker, and your brain short-circuited with an algorithm something like the following: Taylor Kitsch Kitsch Kitsch Taylor Tim Tim Riggins Riggins Tim Taylor Hairline? Riggins Tim Taylor Taylor Taylor Shirtless? There’s a tenet in writing that says if you consider the audience (not everyone does) you must give them what they need and not what they want. Full Story

Written by Duana Season 5, Episode 9 I have a terrible habit of singing just one line of a song that’s stuck in my head over and over again. It makes my friends and coworkers crazy. But it usually happens because I’ve seen or heard something that makes me think of it, and then the song colours everything that happens in that situation afterwards. Full Story
