Kanye West hooked up with Jay-Z yesterday in New York for a meeting at the Mercer Hotel. As you can see, he was animal all over with an orange handle handbag and a fur coat to keep warm. Needless to say, Kanye being Kanye, there’s little chance of this being fake.
