Eminem gossip, latest news, photos, and video.
Written by Sarah I have a debate going with my friend T about “meeting” a person versus “seeing” a person. After hearing my Ryan Gosling story, she was like, “Why didn’t you tell me you met Ryan Gosling?” And I was like, “Because there’s no way to get that into a conversation without it being a humble-brag, and also, I didn’t actually meet him. Mission: Impossible 4 or, more accurately, Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol (What a Dumb Title), there’s a new trailer...with the sounds of Eminem complementing all the running, stunting, and stand-offing between Tom Cruise and Jeremy Renner. (I used to hate the name Jeremy. Probably because I went to school with one and he was a smartass dick. Full Story
Something about all the leather jackets he’s been wearing right? On tour, on SNL, at the Grammys – this one looks almost blue. He looked good. He sounded good. Lorella, who hates him, and I’ll spare her her equivalent here, sent over a note this morning about why he always looks so crusty. Full Story
Take a look at these photos of Adrien Brody at various Super Bowl related parties and events this weekend (the double douching with Diddy is my personal favourite) and try to explain why Stella Artois would book him for the all-important Super Bowl ad. Is this the Stella clientele? Leather suit wearing cheesedicks with soul patches and fake castles Full Story
Eminem was shooting a new video in LA today. I really like when he doesn’t wear sweatpants. I really like when he wears real clothes that are fitted and look good. He looks good. He was in a good mood too. Eminem is usually not all that friendly with paps in candids. Half the time the shots are unusable because he has his head buried into his chest. Full Story
My Eminem problem wasn’t helped AT ALL by the performance(s) he threw down on Saturday Night Live this weekend. If you watched, then you would have seen him tear it up with Lil Wayne on No Love. It was crazy. Then later for Won’t Back Down, he looked really good in that leather jacket. And standing next to Wayne...it’s so much easier to forget he’s wee. If you haven’t already, watch now before those bitches at NBC pull it down.
The good news is that Misfits will be back for a third season. The bad news is that it’s not airing until November. Fack! This is my level of obsession. That I’ve had to intro my blog by pimping the show for 3 days straight, even though the last half of this season probably wasn’t as strong as the first, even still I love it so. Read Full Intro
As mentioned previously, I have an Eminem problem. Most of the time it’s under control. Unlike my friends, who continue to bombard my inbox with their crushes on mothering-hipped, delicate-handed boy children, I rein in my ridiculous Shady crushing with discipline, more really for self preservation than anything else. I wouldn’t say it’s the most comforting crush. He is still conflicting, conflicted, controversial, still, even though by his own admission he’s mellowed out, and is certainly speaking softer now, a lot less angry, and with a lot of contrition about his past. But Eminem will never be milk and cookies. Full Story
Drake was in New York on Wednesday night, shooting an ad for Kodak. Oh the endorsements are pouring in. Last night however Drake was in Detroit. Last night was night 1 of Home & Home. As in Eminem & Jay-Z. Detroit & New York. Four epic shows and so much hype and by all accounts, they did not disappoint. Full Story
As you know, I have an Eminem problem. I can easily lose an hour or two on Shady googling. And I could definitely lose an hour watching him in this video. Have you seen it? Rihanna is great. Eminem is talking to my lady business. Dominic Monaghan tries his best. And Megan Fox, well, she really is perfectly suited to the part. Full Story
Drake performed at the Molson Amphitheatre last night in hometown Toronto. "I love this city with my entire life.” It was the last stop on his Away From Home tour and he was joined onstage by Rick Ross, Fabolous, Young Jeezy, Kardinal Offishall and... Well can you imagine the reaction for Drizzy + Shady? HOT. Full Story
In an auditorium full of world class entertainers, Chris Brown tried to usurp the occasion by trumping the rest. Well, he can eat their sh-t. You’ve already seen the amazingness of the Prince tribute, but Brown’s tears also took a back row seat to performances by Kanye West, Eminem, and Drake. Full Story
