Duana referred to it yesterday in her name post – click here for a refresher. That would be Gaius Charles, who played Smash Williams. Smash who?
Friday Night Lights. You know, that show we’ve been nagging you to watch for almost 10 years? And then when you finally do, you email us all like, “OMG, Duana and Lainey, you were RIGHT!”
If you know Friday Night Lights, Amy Schumer’s sketch would have been even funnier. You wouldn’t appreciate Tami Taylor’s walk-away hand dancing. You wouldn’t recognise Josh Charles’s puckered Coach Taylor mouth. But the real Tami Taylor did:
Henry Cavill and Armie Hammer were in Vegas earlier this week at CinemaCon to promote The Man From U.N.C.L.E. It comes out in August. And as I mentioned earlier this week, neither star has much heat right now so the marketing team for the movie has to get on it, soon. Cavill in particular, given that he's Superman, really needs this. Full Story
Did not or could not? Russell Crowe is currently promoting his directorial debut The Water Diviner. He’s been extra generous with gossip during this press tour. As you know, we have a lot of love for Shonda Rhimes here. Normally it’s Duana who gets to hog on loving Shonda. But she’s busy today. So I’m stealing this one from her and it’s big. The Hollywood Reporter posted a great interview yesterday with legendary gossip columnist Liz Smith. Smith is now 92 years old. Still gossiping. And she doesn’t give a sh-t. Which makes this article such a beautiful read. One minute she’s pissing on Jackie Kennedy’s sister Lee Radziwill, calling her a homophobe. The next she’s dumping on the Trumps.
