So I’m back from London where it was wall to wall to wall work and, well, the gym happened at the beginning of the week and didn’t happen at all by the end of it. We had a 70 person crew, and I swear we all only averaged about 2 hours of sleep a night, if that. The key to survival? I’m telling you – hydration. Full Story
