Well, well, well… NOT SAFE FOR WORK – CAUTION! Look what just arrived in my inbox. It"s super, super smutty, but I"m a dirty smutter, and i just had to share. So you know I"ve been comparing assets between that JD Fortune (blech) and Lukas Rossi (yum). As a result, I’ve now received evidence refuting my stance. Full Story

At the risk of having you bitchbeat me with a telephone...he looks hot, non? Enjoy him very much as an actor, not so much as a celebrity, and when you factor in the sanctimonious ramblings, it doesn"t make for a popular figure. Ive heard this rumour several times, from several different people, about an incident on the set of a movie. Full Story

Russell Crowe is not Grizzly, Grumpy, and High, though you’re close in a continental sort of way. And it’s not Brad Pitt either. Not even close. Huge discrepancy in Hollywood stature to say nothing of GGH’s lack of media mastery, hardly deserving of a title, which brings us to Liam Neeson who doesn’t have a title but who should get one because he’s divine, and much more of a man and much more of a worthy villain than cokeboy, bringing us full circle and maybe a bit too old while we’re at it… This column was for wee Federico, born in Milan last Saturday, still in hospital, fighting to get better. Get strong soon, little guy. My best wishes for a quick journey home. PS. Check out eTalk tomorrow for exclusive scoop on Hayden Christensen AND Ryan Gosling... Fresh smut soon… Til then, I am yours in gossip, Lainey

Dear gossips, Brad Pitt. Toronto. The Film Festival. My home town. Two weeks. Can"t. F&cking. Wait. JLo, Jude Law, Cate Blanchett, Russell Crowe, Sean Penn, Reese Witherspoon, Morgan Freeman, Tom Hanks, the Dixie Chicks (!!!), Heath Ledger…seriously I could go on. And the list is platinum supernova star power this year, including a possibility for some Lilo. Alright T-Dot. Do you love it, or do you LOVE it??? But even still…despite all those big names…the one that speaks the loudest, the one that captivates the craziest, the one I cherish above all others has to be Borat himself - in the flesh, hopefully more offensive and more Kazakhstani than ever, ready to make-a sex crime all over the festival. Wahwahweewah! Joyous moment of the day? Tom Cruise karmic calamity. More on that later. Gossip lesson of the day? Brittany Murphy can"t say no. In love with love, or incapable of being without love, or incapable of being unloved, kinda like La Lopez except in Brittany"s case, she has the good sense not to go through with it every time. I feel badly for her, I really do. By all accounts and my own observation, having seen her once in the lobby of the Opus, she is a lovely, lovely, lovely person. Quick to say thank you, quick to say hello, quick with a genuine smile and not an Alba smile, well behaved on the set - just an allround nice person with an allround sucky style strategy. Still... It would be a pleasure to see her succeed. In life and in love. And on this rare occasion, I will save the cynicism for someone else who deserves it. Today"s issue: on Brad and George, on Kate and Pete, on Paris, on both Simpsons, how LL copies MK, beautiful Halle, beautiful Kate, and my fickle switch is on Ashton.

Below. Gossip. Conjecture. Lots of allegedly. You know the drill. Kate and Chris over, not surprising considering: 1. this is Hollywood 2. she was married at 21 and this is Hollywood and 3. she married a musician at 21 and this is Hollywood So for what it"s worth, here"s what I"ve pieced together, although if you live and breathe this sh*t you"re probably familiar with the infidelity reports - that he is apparently legendary for cheating, that it was one of those things everyone just "knew", like the "Happy" Friend and her "Happy" hook, old news that just blended into the scenery and according to the rumours, her way of dealing with it was to numb the pain through pot, supposedly as legendary for smoking as he was for straying. Full Story

As we all know by now, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban were married on Sunday in Australia. It was a sunset ceremony, a private and intimate affair with only 230 guests and every detail kept under wraps. Umm…except for the invitation of course. Which was printed in the newspapers today. See attached. Full Story

Do you remember Oliver Hudson from the final season of Dawson"s Creek? He played Eddie, Joey"s talented but troubled last boyfriend before the five year gap, whose storyline was never wrapped up in a way that satisfied my needs, but I digress. Like most of Joey"s non-series-regular boyfriends, (hello Chad Michael Murray) Oliver Hudson was not much of an actor. Full Story

Little Sci"s father made a big production today about how he flew in to Rome just for the premiere and planned to fly home immediately to rejoin his woman and his child. All superlatives apply here. Baby is magnificent, changing diapers is fan-rockin"-tastic, the birth was mindblowingly beautiful, the experience was the greatest thing ever in the history of man and alien. Full Story

Russell & Charlie Crowe love the Leafs

Russell Crowe is far from my favourite. Sanctimonious, scurrilous, pedantic - I could go on and on. But there is one thing I love about Russell Crowe. The man has impeccable taste in hockey. And he is passing on this gift to his son, always wearing his blue and white loud and proud, extending the universal spirit of Leaf Nation not only beyond Canada but Down Under and even in LA, where Russell is currently in negotiations for his next project and a potential co-starring role alongside Denzel Washington, which would make quite the explosive lineup. Full Story

is Disrespecting Your Elders Russell Crowe?? He has a big ego, has a band and would therefore appreciate the guitar pick. Dear Alejandra: Very close, in more ways than one. Except that rude boy has actually sold record or two, unlike Russell who probably couldn"t give his grunting sh*t away for free. Full Story

I am guessing SJP as the dirty girl who ashes around the house and drives the help to reach for the booze. Oui ou Non? As for one half of the gaydar duo my guess is Russell Crowe. He is one dude who flies off the handle at anything and I think its because he can"t figure out what to do about how much he luvs the back end… Dear Liz, Still chuckling about the back end. Full Story

Do you REALLY think that he"s relapsed and is drinking again and that is what caused his roll over car accident? Or is it just something that you and your fellow gossip brethern are putting out there to make the story more salacious? I mean, I"ve got friends in Los Angeles, I"ve been there and the roads he was driving on are pretty curvy. Full Story

From Lisa in NY: about Dermot Mulroney

Lainey, What do you mean Dermot Mulroney is not a big enough star to be in your Freebie 5? He"s been the male lead in at least 3 blockbusters -- My Best Friend"s Wedding, The Wedding Date, Family Stone. And who can forget him in the glorious Copycat with Holly Hunter? I think you are drinking the Canadian Cider a little bit with Ryan Gosling. Full Story
