Lindsay Lohan is suing Grand Theft Auto. Apparently there’s a character in the game called Lacey Jonas who lives at the Chateau Marmont who poses with her fingers in a peace sign while wearing a red bikini. Also, they allegedly used her likeness to promote the game. You know who else is suing Grand Theft Auto? Some woman from Mob Wives. Full Story

Katherine Heigl was papped after leaving a Duane Reade. The company then tweeted out a photo with the caption: So now she's suing them for using her image to promote themselves. According to the documents: "The use of plaintiff's image under these circumstances improperly exploited plaintiff's name and likeness, as a celebrity, for defendant's commercial advertising and purposes of trade, without authorization. Full Story
