What is this?  A curled fringe? WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY???

I’ve seen old ladies in retirement homes with cuter hair than this. It’s objectionable.

We are 6 days away from the Globes. She wore gross taffeta at the Emmys. And now this? I worry.
