SUUUUCH a great white dress on her. And check out the coat. It’s just… a coat. Do you ever have anxiety about a great outfit/dress underneath and having to wear your parka over top and that it’s almost a waste? No waste. Doesn’t matter. Stay warm and it makes the party reveal that much better when you take it off. Full Article

February, it has to be one of my favourite months. The dark days of January are finally behind us, our resolutions are long forgotten and we are living life again, inspired and excited for spring. This is usually when I update my running and exercise wardrobe, adding a few key pieces to inspire me to get training for my spring and summer races, which will be here before I know it. Full Article

Duana Names: Something Other Than Sophie

Hi Duana, Like seemingly 90% of the expectant parents that write in for help I am all set with a name for one gender but not the other. I'm in need of inspiration for a classic girl's name to go with older sister Lucy Eleanor and a 3 syllable english last name beginning with B. My husband is all about Sophie and I'm all about finding something else that isn't quite so popular. Full Article

Two events yesterday. Two similar dresses. Basically, right? Because the focus is right in the middle. I prefer the white and red over the green because of the back and the funk in the hairstyle.  Full Article

Hi Hayley! I'm wondering what your stance is on cheat meals. I found an eating plan that I like and it advises eating healthy, non-processed food Monday through Friday, then having two cheat meals on the weekends. I find it easier to cut out processed food when I know I can indulge at the end of the week. Full Article

Hi Duana, We recently found out we are pregnant with our third, due in the spring, and husband and I are pretty far apart on names this time around so we're going to need some help! We already have one of each, Evey Naomi, 7, and Johnny Struan, 6. Our surname is very Scottish, three syllable, -ay sound on the end. Full Article

Hi Duana, My husband and I are expecting our first child, a girl, in early February.  If we were having a boy, I would be emailing you for help with first names because that was quite the debate but thankfully, we settled on Colette as our daughter's name long ago. Some background on why we chose Colette- we love the fact that it's a name you don't hear very often, yet it's still very classic sounding. Full Article

Hi Hayley, Recently I had the opportunity to use a "bod pod," which assessed my body fat %/age. A quick summary: I'm 30, 5'10" and weigh 156 (that goes as high as 160 on any given day depending on what I've eaten or drank, but not usually any lower than 156). I work out 4-5 times a week, usually with cardio (straight jogging 3-5 miles or doing intervals on the treadmill) and doing intermittent lifting/hiit stuff (on my own, not with a trainer). Full Article

My husband and I are having our first child this winter and I am stressing about names. My husband's last name is very Italian, filled with lots of M's and r's and syllables. Many of my longtime favorite names for girls (Zara, Cecelia) are either filled with those same letters or sound too long and cumbersome when combined with the last name. Full Article

Dear Sasha I really need your help.  This is going to sound very after school special but I’ve run into a moral dilemma and need your help.  Long story short I had a few quickies with this hot guy I work with and after a few months of having sex I found out that he gave me an STD.  (I’d rather not say which kind)  I’ve taken care of it but now I’m dating another guy, whom I really really like, so my question is do I tell him that I have this STD and this is where it gets bad because I’ve already slept with him. Full Article

Hi Duana, We are expecting Baby #3 in early 2015!  Our son's name is Timothy, and our daughter's name is Anna.  The boy's name is decided - it was set the last go-round (Henry Xavier) - but we are having some trouble with a girl's name.  My husband wants June, but if we do use it, we'll likely use that as a middle name. Full Article
