Did you love this? The only person I saw who loved this was the Oscar PR girl on Twitter, and um, she has a vested interest. Not only has this dress been DONE – on Penelope Cruz, on J. Amanda Seyfried actually kind of makes me laugh at the best of times, and though I thought the Jimmy Kimmel piece was really overdone, I did like the part where she broke it down dancing in Cosette’s clothes. I feel like an asshole. It takes an asshole to not throw anything but love towards Hugh Jackman. But that ponytail. Do we just ignore the ponytail? At first when I saw this dress on Reese, I was more than willing to give it the benefit of the doubt. In fact, my notes say “This is more interesting than I expected it to be”. It was one of several “tank” style dresses with gold accents that we saw on the night -- including Catherine Zeta-Jones, with whom she presented.
