Ebola Paris Hilton was arrested then released for pot possession in South Africa. To celebrate its freedom, it ended up partying with Leonardo DiCaprio per Page Six. They were in Cape Town and hit up a club and had tables side by side, hanging out all night, having also travelled together to the World Cup via private jet courtesy some obscenely wealthy starf-cker. Full Story

Media screenings are happening this week. Everyone coming out of Inception is jerking off over Christopher Nolan’s latest brilliance. Like, everyone. And just in time too. Inception opens July 16 following a smartly paced, cleverly strategised marketing campaign that teased just enough and not too much and as such, should deliver both critically and commercially which is not to say that it’ll do Toy Story numbers, but well enough to be considered a hit and, having made its money, on to perhaps an awards season run. Full Story

He was in Asia recently on a research mission about tigers and has partnered with the World Wildlife Fund to raise $20 million to protect the endangered species. Full Story

It’s an easy prediction. Drew Barrymore’s directorial debut opens on Friday and, without significant competition, riding the wave of positive buzz, calling on the “Girl Power” collective, Whip It should win at the box office this weekend.
