Blame Selena for all of us Justin’s problems

Oh good. It’s time for our favourite excuse: blame the bitch for everything.

Justin Bieber’s been behaving badly the last few weeks. He shows up late for his shows. He baby-fights the paps. He allegedly drives up and down recklessly on his street and spits in neighbour’s faces when they come to complain.

You know what though?

It’s really not his fault.

Justin isn’t a privileged punk. Justin’s not a selfish little prick. Justin is definitely not yet another indulged child star out of control and full of his own sh-t.

Justin is simply just...

Heartbroken.

“Sources” tell TMZ that:

Justin was “torn apart" when Selena pulled the plug on their relationship in December, when she walked out on him in the middle of their Mexico vacation. We're told Justin feels "tortured," because Selena has not made a clean break -- far from it.  We're told she is regularly calling him and sending him mixed messages, and it's been messing with his head.

Great.

Way to make him accountable for his actions. Way to absolve the male in the situation of his mistakes, especially when there’s a female around to sell out. But this is encouraging, non? Especially for those of you raising daughters?

Here’s JB in the new of Teen Vogue, in which he compares himself to Jay-Z and reminds us that when he does this...

...it’s really only because he’s serving a higher purpose:

"I think that's part of the reason I'm here. Not just because I'm talented, but because God had a purpose for me to just help people. I'm spiritual ... although I slept in [and missed] church yesterday. I haven't been to church in so long, and I planned on going, and I slept in. I was upset. It's all good. God forgives me."

When did forgiveness become such an easy fallback? Maybe if he spent more time beating himself up over his mistakes, he’d make less of them.
