The Royal Family Gathering

Today was not optional.
The Queen marked the 60th anniversary of her coronation today and the entire family, at least the senior members, were there to honour her, including, yes, Katy Cambridge and fetus heir. Does Hot Harry ever shut up in church? By the way, later on in the day Harry unveiled a plaque outside Westminster Abbey commemorating the wedding of William and Catherine as part of the Coronation anniversary celebrations...which... I dunno... is weird to me even though some royal know-it-all is going to explain to me why Harry’s ranking makes him the person for the job, but, sh-t, can’t they unveil their own wedding plaque? Look at him. He’s a good boy, doing his duties, but even he can’t make it look like he actually cares, non? Royal protocol is maddeningly arcane. That’s totally part of my fascination.
And check out these lovely shots of Lady Louise who, on this day, looked like such a picture-book English girl, like her face could be on a mug or a place setting, the kind of thing you might find at one of those novelty tourist shoppes. Sometimes I worry about little Lady Louise. I worry about who she’ll be exposed to. There are only so many social communities she’ll be permitted to engage, you know? Think of the people Harry, Beatrice, and Eugenie roll with. The Andrew Von Walden Buxberryshirehamptons and the Davina Lloyd Pemberlyworthhams. Now imagine the next generation and Lady Louise among them. Obviously since I know her so well and am a bullsh-t authority on the subject, it just doesn’t seem right.
