This is Leonardo DiCaprio at the premiere of Inception in LA last night. His boy Lukas Haas was there too. Lukas has a smaller part in the film and will also be working on Red Riding Hood in Vancouver which Leo’s company is producing. You hook up your friends. And they’ve been friends for a long time. Full Story

Marriage vs Engagement

Lainey Posted by Lainey at July 14, 2010 07:27:00 July 14, 2010 07:27:00

Of course People Magazine has the all “exclusive” Carrie Underwood wedding photos. You get what you pay for. So all that bullsh-t drama leading up to the event, as Country Bitch tried to block public access, and was going full military on the secrecy of the mission and the location and not letting guests know where and when and whatever – all for privacy? Really? Not privacy, no. Full Story

Spot the difference

Tom Cruise at the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of Mission Impossible 3 in 2006 or Taylor Lautner in Pittsburgh yesterday shooting Abduction? Please. It’s everything. It’s the body type, it’s the mannerisms, it’s the overacting, it’s everything. And these days, Tom Cruise Jr has a bigger career than Tom Cruise Original. Full Story

TOMZINHO!

Lainey Posted by Lainey at July 7, 2010 07:46:37 July 7, 2010 07:46:37

Apparently it means “Little Tom”, gifted to the GMD in Rio de Janeiro last night at the Brazilian premiere of Knight & Day. He doesn’t look thrilled about it. Or maybe that’s just his box office. As you already know, Knight & Day has underperformed, still not able to pass the $50 million mark after 2 weeks in theatres, and now heavily, heavily relying on foreign box office to make up the difference. Full Story

On Furious Love

Celebrity book excerpts are often the best parts of the book so that when you actually sit down to read the book, you find that you’ve already read the only parts worth reading. I worried that this would be the case with Furious Love: Elizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton, and the Marriage of the Century after it was profiled in Vanity Fair. Full Story

The ass of a Queen

Lainey Posted by Lainey at June 28, 2010 09:45:02 June 28, 2010 09:45:02

An Italian Queen. THE Italian Queen. She's in her homeland living the George Clooney life for the summer, vacationing at his annual retreat in Lake Como, boating with the girls the other day in a bikini, showing off her tight ass, a crazy ass. Perhaps that's how they communicate. Through her ass. Full Story

Salma on her ranch and her snakes

It was the most wonderfully awkward interview. Dave does that thing he’s so good at doing – he mocks her but also adores her, and he doesn’t understand her, but he really isn’t trying either, and as a result, her amazingness was allowed to flourish for us all. This is good tv. Full Story

Anna like Mimi?

Lainey Posted by Lainey at June 21, 2010 08:59:54 June 21, 2010 08:59:54

As you know, Mariah Carey is barely capable of walking and standing up by herself. If she could, she would go through life being carried everywhere. On several occasions she’s made this happen. One of my favourite stories of all time is when Mimi was attending some kind of party in her honour in England and made the car circle several times until there were enough people waiting for her arrival and upon arrival, seeing a large staircase, pouting for a security man to lift her up in his arms as she smiled and made baby faces all the way to the top. Full Story

NKOTB + BSB

Lainey Posted by Lainey at June 21, 2010 07:16:00 June 21, 2010 07:16:00

That’s what happened this weekend in New York. The New Kids were performing. They sang a Backstreet Boys song, then the Backstreet Boys joined them onstage, then the Backstreet Boys sang alone, then they all sang together and jumped around the stage and you can imagine how the fans lost their sh-t. Full Story

I’m convinced Tilda does this on purpose

Lainey Posted by Lainey at June 17, 2010 13:29:15 June 17, 2010 13:29:15

Written by Sarah From Kristen Stewart’s easy breezy steeze to Tilda Swinton’s what-the -f*ck-ever-this-is, it’s my day for fashion posts I guess. It’s because I wrote about Chris Evans and made fun of Zefron the other day. Full Story
