Rare diseases often affect the vulnerable: our children. Nearly one third of children with a rare disease won’t live to celebrate their 10th birthday. The Rare Disease Foundation focuses on improving the lives of children with rare and undiagnosed conditions.
Rare Finds is the Rare Disease Foundation signature fundraising event with all proceeds supporting rare disease research at BC Children’s Hospital, parent support groups, and awareness programs. Rare Finds happens on Saturday night in Vancouver at Ferrari Maserati featuring live entertainment, auctions, and creations from top chefs around the country.
