Hi Hayley! I've been doing CrossFit for about three years and I love it, 3-4 times a week. The reason why I enjoy CrossFit is because the workouts are different every time. I used to run and every time I would run I would experience foot pain or knee pain, which I don't get with CrossFit.  My question is, how do I incorporate some sort of cardio in my life? I notice that CrossFit is starting to make my body look a certain way and make my clothes fit differently (broader shoulders, larger quads). Full Article

Hi Hayley, I need some help with exercises I can do at home. I'm trying to lose the last of my baby weight, and while I'm working on getting my diet in better shape, between a baby and a full-time job I don't have a lot of spare time for fitness (I know, lame excuse, but there it is). Full Article

I have long, thick hair and I have always battled with it when I am exercising.  Besides the fact that I have to wash and style it after a workout (which takes forever) I have always fought with how to tie it back when I am running.  I hate the feeling of my hair on my back, so a low pony tail is out of the question. Full Article

I’m sure most of you watched the Golden Globes the other night, but if you are anything like me you were not watching it to see who won what, but rather who said what, who came with who, who rocked the red carpet and who may need a little more help to rock it at the next awards.
