Hi Haley! Over the last year, a period of super high stress followed by a knee injury made me lose my good fitness and eating habits - and gain more weight than I'd like to admit to. Hi Hayley, I ran my first 5k last year and after a few progressively longer races (including the Nike Toronto 15k of which I'm SUPER proud), I'm now training for a half-marathon in the fall. I try to run 3 times a week and use the NTC app to squeeze in 1 targeted workout daily, even if it's only 15 mins or so. Full Article

Hi Hayley, I'm thinking of signing up for a full marathon in May of next year. My goal is to finish in under 4:30. What's the least amount of running I can get away with to reach this goal? A bit about me: I'm in fairly good shape. I currently run 2-4 times a week (mostly 30-40 minute HIIT workouts on the treadmill), I will sometimes (but very, very rarely) go out for a long run - maybe up to 15-20km), spin a couple times a week, lift weights a couple times a week, and go to various boot camps 2-3 times a week. Full Article

Hi Hayley, Over the last few years I have lost about 55 lbs – and have maintained that more or less for about 2 years (I’ve gained and lost the same 5 or 6 lbs). With my upcoming wedding in late August I have bumped up my exercise and nutrition routine with the hopes of losing a few inches and toning up so I look great in my dress. Full Article
