Two weeks ago tomorrow I went to an advance screening of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 and almost had to be carried out of the theatre. Laura, who was sitting next to me, said that at one point, she looked over and saw me in the fetal position. Are you ready for The End? It All Ends. Soon. I have seen The End, in 3D, and while I cannot tell you much about it yet (due to the studio’s embargo), what I can say is that I loved it, and that Laura loved it, and that I still haven’t recovered. Nerd? Totally. My friend Michelle C just sent this to me. It’s a deleted scene from Harry Potter 7A, on DVD April 11th, featuring Hermione and Ron throwing rocks into the sea. I won’t be a nerd and catalogue all the new footage but OMG and SPOILERS, LOOK AWAY IF YOU HAVEN’T READ THE BOOKS. And, um, why haven’t you read the books? Fred!!! Lourdes of Madonna went to school this morning in New York wearing a skull sweater over leggings and a Gryffindor toque. This kind of makes me love her mother a lot.
