Carpets & Candids: High-Low SJP
I really, really, really love this black gown she wore to the Kennedy Centre Honours (while her husband looked predictably thrilled). There’s something very... Asian about it, non? A little like a hanbok, I think, in the skirt shape. I have always wanted a hanbok. SJP sort of seems like she could be wearing one. Sort of. It’s the perfect dress for the occasion. I can’t stop staring at it.
But then here’s how she looked after the event, back in casuals heading out of DC to go back to New York. And I’m really into this too. The chords are super comfortable. The leather jacket is gorgeous. And yes, I know, you’ll be asking Sasha about her boots. The only thing is – how could she not have taken down that hair? Do you know how heavy that hair must have been?
