Playing Ginsberg reading Kafka
My #1 today in New York on the set of Howl in full costume clutching a Kafka – prop or personal?
Ritchie recently sent me a link to James Franco’s Criterion Collection Top 10. For those unfamiliar with the Criterion Collection, it’s like limited edition DVDs with the best, best, BEST special features. Because the distributors only purchase the rights for a small window of time, they only manufacture a certain number of copies so it costs a LOT. But if you love that movie, it’s totally worth it.
I recently saw a CC copy of Wong Kar Wai’s In The Mood For Love. Maggie Cheung and Tony Leung had participated in a press conference at TIFF in support of the film and the entire presser (which is hilarious) is available on the disc, among other bonuses.
Anyway, click here for Franco’s film list. Thoughts?
I officially can’t meet him again. Ever.
This is what happens when I like someone too much. Also Gwyneth Paltrow. I never, ever want to meet my G. I never want to interview her. Laura can’t understand this. But the relationship I have with them in my mind, it could be jeopardised. It’s too great a risk. Like imagine if Gwyneth was actually nice to me? Horrors.
Can’t imagine that James could possibly be disappointing.
This is the dilemma I will tackle on my run today.
