Jennifer Aniston post-Brange

I was talking to a friend of mine this weekend and we played a game called “how long before Brad Pitt gets papped having a friendly lunch with Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux?” He thinks two months. I’m not sure what to think. You?
Jennifer and Justin spent the weekend in New York. He’s been out of the country working on The Leftovers and is now back to promote The Girl On The Train, and what f-cking timing it turned out to be. Because, in case you haven’t heard, Brange imploded. Which means the spotlight on Jen is even brighter than it normally is.
As I’ve always said about Justin and his suitability for Jen, in him she finally found someone who was willing to live and play the game with her. And they’re still living and playing it together, even though Brange is no longer playing together. Given the success of the book, The Girl On The Train is one of the most highly anticipated movies of the fall season. Justin is Tom, and if you’ve read the book, you know the significance of that role, and the nuanced performance it requires. If he delivers, it could open up a lot of opportunities for him, put him in a new conversation that he and Jen have been working towards for five years. There’s a super couple vacancy, after all.
