Duana, We are expected our first child in December and are not finding out the gender.  Francesca is picked out if the baby is a girl. Even if we have a boy now any future girl would still get Francesca. This is family name after an Aunt and she's very, very dear to me. I think the name is beautiful and strong and translates well into English use and is different enough from other girl names ending in "a". Full Article

Hi Sasha, There is this great company that I really want to work for.  There were two positions available and one was perfect for me and one was perfect for my boyfriend.  By the time we decided to submit applications, the one I wanted was taken.  So I helped my bf with his resume and cover letter and we submitted his application. Full Article

Hi Duana, We are expecting a girl very soon and she will be a sister to our first daughter Eleni (we are Greek-American). Hi Hayley, I'm thinking of signing up for a full marathon in May of next year. My goal is to finish in under 4:30. What's the least amount of running I can get away with to reach this goal? A bit about me: I'm in fairly good shape. I currently run 2-4 times a week (mostly 30-40 minute HIIT workouts on the treadmill), I will sometimes (but very, very rarely) go out for a long run - maybe up to 15-20km), spin a couple times a week, lift weights a couple times a week, and go to various boot camps 2-3 times a week. Full Article
