Everybody’s all about these Stella McCartneys. This is the second or third time I’ve posted style shots of them because I think they’re flattering on any leg. The problem? It’s a one season shoe, maybe two. Probably I could wear them all summer and into the fall but that’s it. Full Article

Duana Names: Half the Choices is Still Many Choices

Duana Posted by Duana at April 6, 2015 15:39:13 April 6, 2015 15:39:13

Hi Duana My due date is fast approaching on May 17.  My husband and I are expecting a boy and having a hard time agreeing on a name.  I initially didn't want to know the sex, but picking names turned out to be so difficult that I needed to cut our choices in half! We are Jewish and committed to picking a name which fits our culture (with an old testament name, or something else Jewish), and in an ideal world honouring a grandparent (initials S, R, M or A would be ideal). Full Article

Dear Duana, I am having my fourth baby in July.  I have boy/girl twins who are four named Annabelle Rae (b/c I have always loved Annabelle and Rae is my mom’s middle name) and Stephen Michael (after my dad). Our two year old girl is Beatrice Elizabeth (After my husband’s great grandma and mother respectively). Full Article

Hi Hayley! Can you suggest any exercises to help alleviate back pain caused by carrying my toddler around? My sweet boy wants me to hold him all the time, and he's now over twenty pounds. My back aches all the time now. I actually went to my doctor because I was afraid I had injured myself, and my doctor just suggested that I hold my baby less, and try not to jut my right hip out when I do hold him. Full Article

Hey Duana, My boss and mentor is expecting her second daughter and is having a hard time deciding on a name. Her eldest is named Mischa, and the frontrunner right now for the younger sibling is Logan. Her main worry is that Logan is really popular right now as a boy's name, and she wouldn't want her daughter to grow up in a generation where only boys share her name (but by the same token, she wants to steer way clear of the most popular girls' names). Full Article

Am obsessed with her style. She has great instincts. The heavy-fringe 70s wig at Kids’ Choice on Saturday? On top of that gold choker that picked up the stripes in the outfit? Ariana Grande couldn’t do that. And then the next night at iHeartRadio with the hair loooooong and curly and the colours clashing with the pattern… She never looks not her age. Full Article

Dear Duana, It's getting desperate. Our baby girl is due in April and we are having a complete culture clash. This is a longed for baby and likely to be the only one. I'm English and would love a name that is pretty, reasonably traditional and a bit unusual. I always wanted Fleur for a daughter's name, but I also love Lisette and Eloise. Full Article
