I can call this colour amber, right? Whatever. That’s what my eyes are seeing – Amber Heard in an amber slinky negligee dress. You know what I recently figured out about this material? When the wind pushes up against it and you’re not wearing underwear, it gives you camel toe. Those are not the right shoes. Full Article

Spring is my favourite time of year as it is symbolic of a new beginning, and with the snow melting and new buds blooming I am always inspired to start fresh. I review old data from last season’s training to help set new and improved goals; for this season’s work, however I do not worry about how fast I used to be but rather how fast I want to be. Full Article

Duana Names: If The Shoe Fits (SORRY)

Duana Posted by Duana at April 15, 2015 19:17:42 April 15, 2015 19:17:42

Hi there Duana, I'm due with a boy in about a month and for the last, pretty much 8 months, my husband and I were dead set on a name and, while I read your column religiously, I thought that I would never need your help. But of course now I do! Here's the sitch: we were dead set on having the name Fitz as a first name (our last name also starts with F, but we liked the alliteration). Full Article

Carpets & Candids: Ming-Na in red

Does she look any different to you? Like from her first episode on ER to now, has she changed at all? NO!!! It’s amazing. The genes are amazing. As for this jumpsuit, it’s not my favourite. But I also feel like, having partly grown up there, it’s total Hong Kong styles. Full Article

Duana Names: A Spring Sister

Duana Posted by Duana at April 13, 2015 17:08:05 April 13, 2015 17:08:05

*with apologies to those in the south, where Spring has been alive and well for awhile Hi Duana, We are expecting our 2nd child late this Spring and were excited to find out it is a girl.  We currently have a son and his name is Remy.  We absolutely love the name.  A dear friend suggested it and while it wasn't an instant "yes, that's it" it certainly grew on us and by the time we had our son, we knew it was the perfect name. Full Article

Duana Names: Prayer for the Weary

Duana Posted by Duana at April 10, 2015 18:13:20 April 10, 2015 18:13:20

Hi Duana, I write to you as a disillusioned name nerd. I've been looking forward to naming a baby for a long time, but now that my husband and I are expecting a little boy, it turns out to be a lot harder and less fun than I expected. Basically, all of the boy names I thought were adorable and fun (Milo, August, even your fave Otto) ended up feeling too trendy or precious or time-stamped when I really considered attaching them to a human for the rest of his life. Full Article

Smutty Fitness: Bloated stomach

Hayley Posted by Hayley at April 9, 2015 15:50:05 April 9, 2015 15:50:05

Hi Hayley, I am very active, and I do cardio 6 times a week, changing it up between treadmill running, HIIT on the treadmill, and the Elliptical. I am doing the P90X Ab Ripper twice a week, and after my long runs I do few minutes of rowing, biceps, triceps and some fitness ball exercises. So I do a lot, or at least I think I do? My goal was never to lose any weight but only to tone my body, which all of the above is doing very well. Full Article
