Duana Names: Greek to Me

Hi Duana, We are expecting a girl very soon and she will be a sister to our first daughter Eleni (we are Greek-American). Because we chose such a Greek sounding name for our first I feel that we need to do the same for our second - Eleni and Harper don’t really work together. Hi Hayley, I'm thinking of signing up for a full marathon in May of next year. My goal is to finish in under 4:30. What's the least amount of running I can get away with to reach this goal? A bit about me: I'm in fairly good shape. I currently run 2-4 times a week (mostly 30-40 minute HIIT workouts on the treadmill), I will sometimes (but very, very rarely) go out for a long run - maybe up to 15-20km), spin a couple times a week, lift weights a couple times a week, and go to various boot camps 2-3 times a week. Full Article

They can't agree on a name, her husband is quite opinionated when it comes to boy names, and she seems to have "settled" on the one she hates the least. Full Article

Hi Hayley I used to be an avid early morning exerciser but lately I just can't seem to drag myself out of bed in time no matter how early I go to sleep (read: two kids, hubby, full time job, etc.) I'm starting to wonder if I should just shift my workouts to the evening after the kids are in bed (around 8PM). Full Article
