Worst dress at the People’s Choice Awards. This colour…it’s just so awful when there’s SO MUCH OF IT. And then when there’s this much of it… in sequins. It’s the kind of choice you expect from a teenager who’s just getting into glamour based on what they see at the mall, before they figure out what style is. Full Article

I think you might hate it? I don’t hate it at all. I think I might love it. I might even love the addition of those sleeves which is probably the most controversial part of this dress. Without the sleeves, it’d be metallic and pleated and strapless. The end. And with the sleeves, there’s all kinds of weird polarising funkiness and I’m on the side of yes. Full Article

Not saying this is the best dress ever. But I did like seeing it on her because it’s a different aesthetic. She favours a lot of elaborate, extra dresses. Like Sofia Vergara. And this one, it’s just so easy and relaxed, with so much flow and it’s a different silhouette. Which she can totally pull off. Full Article

I love a suit and tie on a woman. And I love it even more when the tie has been loosened – it’s so sexy when it’s done well. And it’s done very well here on Lily Rose Depp. Only… I HATE the red satin shoes. They almost ruin the entire look.  Full Article

We are expecting girl2 in mid January (actually have the same due date as with girl1, they will be 3 years apart) and we can't find a name we love as much as we love girl1's name. Girl1 is named Lilian Heather (goes by Lily 85% of the time) and she was named after both our grandmothers. She was born in Scotland, we are now living back in Canada, where both women were from and we would really love a Scottish/Celtic name for girl2 to tie both kids to Scotland. Full Article

The last bit of advice for kick-starting 2017 is whatever your goal is, whatever you are trying to accomplish, whatever changes you are trying to make, commit to it 100%. You are the one in control and only you can decide your success. You need to hold yourself accountable and you need to take the responsibility for when things don’t go as planned. Full Article

We are expecting our second child, a daughter, in February. We lean toward traditional names and spent time finding ones that weren't too popular. Our son is named Peter, and we've chosen Jane as the first name for our daughter. We have a fairly common last name (similar to Wilson) and would like to do something a little more fun and interesting but still somewhat classic for a middle name. Full Article

We are nearing the end of our 2017 kick start and I hope you are all learning how to create healthy lifestyles for yourselves. There is no easy way about it, no magic exercise or pill that is going to change you or your body.  It takes hard work, sacrifices and the ability to make changes. Thank you for all the questions and I will answer them in the coming weeks but today I wanted to put the focus not on what you eat but how you eat. Full Article
