Hi Hayley, Your recent core posts inspired me to ask you this question. I am a 36F which has its perks (ha!) but this also means I am very uncomfortable sitting on the floor/stools/benches/anything that won't provide back support. Within 5 minutes my back - particularly in between my shoulder blades - starts to ache like crazy and I'm constantly shifting around and changing my position and can't concentrate on whatever I should be concentrating on. Full Article

Help Duana Hubby and and I are due with our second son in about 10 weeks. The two names in top contention are William and Thomas. Trouble is that our eldest son, now 2 1/2 is George (named after my grandpa, well before Prince G arrived) and I'm worried that if we name no. 2 William I'll cop all sorts of flack for being a mad royalist (which I am definitely not, though I pore over Kate's outfits and pics of G as happily as anyone else). Full Article

Duana Names: Hi Harper and H…

Duana Posted by Duana at August 11, 2014 15:59:52 August 11, 2014 15:59:52

Hi Duana, I am due in 10 weeks with our second child and in need of some advice. Our first was a girl and we named her Harper - it was a last minute decision as we were convinced it was a boy and hadn't made a firm decision on a girls name (we had a top 3 at least). Anyways, the name we had chosen for our son was Holden and now I really want to use that name for baby #2 (we got ultrasound confirmation this time!) but my concern is using "H" names for both our kids. Full Article

Duana Names: The Gaelic Dilemma Expands

Duana Posted by Duana at August 8, 2014 16:12:56 August 8, 2014 16:12:56

Hello Duana! My husband and I are currently expecting #3.  We already have 2 girls (Elyze and Annika) and do not plan on finding out the sex of this baby.  If we have a girl I would really love to find a way to honour my mom's side of the family with her name.  The thing is that my mom has a Dutch background and Dutch female names just don't translate very well into English!  Could you decipher any magic out of "Henderika" (my mom goes by Rita), "Martje" (pronounced Mat-cha) or "Gezina" (my Oma who went by Sina). Full Article

I am not and have never been an endurance athlete. My whole life I have been a competitive athlete in sports that are more sprint based. This season I took on a new challenge with Mountain Bike Enduro Racing. These bike races entail both long climbs and quick, sprint descents. The great part is that the uphill sections are not timed, so I can ride at my own pace. Full Article

Hi Duana !!! We are (finally) expecting our 2nd child in August and could not be more elated! But we are desperate for your help! With a number of recent calamities, we have not yet taken the time to discuss our choices. I am now at almost 37 weeks!! We are looking for a first name (girl or boy) for our 2nd born: FIRST NAME: SOMEONE MIDDLE NAME: CH*** (one soft Arabic syllable) LAST NAME: M*** (3 Scottish/Irish syllables) must go with his/her sister: LILY N***(one soft Arabic syllable) Some info on Baby-naming #1: We wanted a short name because of the long last name, and middle name was already decided (for my Egyptian roots). Full Article

Hayley, about six months ago I herniated a disc in my lower back (L4-L5). It's honestly been hell. An involuntary six month hiatus from the gym (and all other physical activity) has wreaked havoc on my body, just in time for summer. I've always been athletic and have had a slew of injuries but this was by far the most frustrating experience. Full Article
