Hayley, I need your help STAT. I just had my first fitness shame moment. Up until now, while not in the best of shape, my body has always risen to any challenge I gave it. Today I started an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime hike with a group of fellow travelers only to have the guide turn halfway up, call back to me and say I needed to turn around, go home, and have a drink at the pub because I wasn't going to make it and I was holding the group back. Full Article

Do you hate this? I love it. If you don’t like it, I wonder if it’s the colour that’s throwing you off, because it looks like denim and you’re on the overalls and it kinda looks like a dress, and it’s screwing you up. But I have one of these in brown-ish print and it’s like a loose loose fitting jumpsuit which I normally avoid because of the pee challenges but I couldn’t resist because it acts as both a jumpsuit AND a great maxi dress and I’m just saying, think about it, for the summer. Full Article

Duana Posted by Duana at June 17, 2014 15:44:11 June 17, 2014 15:44:11

Hi Duana, I am almost 8 months pregnant, due July 20th and we are no where close to having a name chosen for our little boy. We are having a problem finding something that 'goes' with our last name. Its Eastern European, 4 syllables, starts with a "D" and ends in "ski". Full Article

This skirt. I’m obsessed with it. And I’d wear it in October exactly like this. With a turtleneck sweater and lank hair to a side part. In the fall though, I’d probably go with loafers instead. Having been to private school, I’ve always been partial to a kilt. Yes, please. Trick out the kilt. Full Article

Hi Hayley, I recently ran the BMO half-marathon here in Vancouver and now I'm gearing up for the Lululemon Seawheeze in August. What's the best way to train between now and then? Do I scale back my long runs and ramp them up slowly like I would if I were starting from scratch, or keep running long distances and work on upping my pace? For reference, I've run two half-marathons ever: one last year with a time of 1:51 and the one this past weekend with a time of 1:42. Full Article
