Sasha Answers: He’s kinkier than I am

Sasha Posted by Sasha at July 9, 2013 19:17:18 July 9, 2013 19:17:18

Hi Sasha, My problem is really all your fault. You said the best place to meet people was online, so I went online. I had a number of lackluster dates before meeting a guy that is pretty awesome. Now the online dating site has match questions to determine our compatibility. I don't usually check people's answers but since things are going well with this guy, I decided to see what his answers to the questions were. Full Article

Duana Names: Historical Happy Medium

Duana Posted by Duana at July 9, 2013 16:03:48 July 9, 2013 16:03:48

We have one daughter named Madeline Jean. Madeline was our favorite name and Jean is the name of my late mother-in-law. Now we are expecting a boy next month and cannot agree on a name for the life of us. I love James Francis. James is a great, classic name that (I think) goes with Madeline and Francis was my grandfather's name as well as my brother and father's middle names. Full Article

Carpets & Candids: Diane outdressed by Josh

It rarely happens. Not that he isn’t always impeccably dressed, but she is normally SO impeccably dressed, it’s like he’s just there catching up. But not here. Not this green and black situation. It’s… underwhelming, right? Like better on paper, the idea of green and black and white, and thoroughly uninspired in the execution. Full Article

Sasha Answers: Crushing on my brother’s friend

Sasha Posted by Sasha at July 8, 2013 18:04:39 July 8, 2013 18:04:39

Hey Sasha, I have a huge, enormous crush on one my brother’s friends. I’ve loved him for a little over 4 years now, but I think he thinks of me as a kid cause he kind of treats me like one sometimes. I’m 18 now (so I’m legal!!!!) and he’s 26. He’s known me pretty much my whole life, and we’d make such a cute couple! How do I get him to stop thinking of me as his best friend’s little sister, and start seeing me as a mature woman? M PS: pretty please don't tell me to wait til I get older, I really want to be with him! ___ Thou shall not pick the ripe ass of a sibling. Full Article

Sasha Answers: My “con” list

My bf and I have been together for a little over a year. It was a strong connection from the start. He has always told me that my intelligence, drive, and independence were the things he finds most attractive. He balances out my high-strung with a more laid-back personality and he respects the fact that I am career-oriented (things that are very important to me). Full Article

Smutty Fitness: Five Finger Shoes

Hayley Posted by Hayley at July 8, 2013 14:17:56 July 8, 2013 14:17:56

Hi Hayley! I have been doing a lot more running this summer and while I do yoga and cross fit to strengthen myself, I am still getting "runner's knee" from overuse. My only solution is cutting running for a few days but I hate the prospect of not being able to run in the beautiful summer weather. Full Article

I didn’t know Rinko Kikuchi had cut her hair until I interviewed her last week in San Francisco at the Pacific Rim junket. It actually looks really good on her – and I say this because, as I’ve said a lot, the way our Asian hair grows, all spiky and hard, it can be hard to style. Full Article

Duana Names: Balancing M in the Middle

Duana Posted by Duana at July 4, 2013 15:45:20 July 4, 2013 15:45:20

Hi Duana, Our little girl is due to arrive very soon, and we have pretty much settled on the name Marlowe but are at a loss for a great middle name. Some that have come up include Arabella, Jane, and Rose but nothing is really striking me. Thoughts on the first name and suggestions for a middle name would really help us out! ___ Marlowe is beautiful, unusual, and sure to make your daughter stand out in a group of Isabellas and Sophies who are sure to be her peers. Full Article
