Hi Duana, I am Canadian of Irish/Scottish ancestry and he is Somali Canadian. Our kids are going to be so good looking (or really odd looking, we will see)! Also, our last name is Ryan Abdillahi. Keeping this in mind, what do you think of Oonagh for a girl and Ibrahim for a boy? No matter what, its going to be a mouthful so do we just go for it? Or take it down a notch to keep the kids from having nervous breakdowns when they learn how to spell their names? Give it to me straight. Full Article

Hi, I was just wondering which baby name you prefer.  I have got the list down to 3 names and would like an honest opinion and some feedback. 1. Maia 2. Ellie 3. Savanna Thank you, A. --- I chose this letter today because I really liked its simplicity.  People are always sending “my husband’s brother is named this, my family feels that”, and it’s kind of interesting to approach the whole thing with a cloak of silence over the opinions in the world and just look at the names. Full Article

What’s with the daily fashion show, Anna Friel? Why am I complaining? If only Katie Holmes would throw it down like this after her play every night. Anyway, I’m not in love with this dress, but maybe because it’s the boots. You can tell it’s an outfit built about the boots, and the dress was chosen accordingly, and if the boots were better, I suppose maybe the dress might be better but to me, though that blue is kind of interesting, I hate the shape of the toe. Full Article

If it’s a two piece, it’s very, very well put together. To me it seems like it’s all connected though, especially considering how short the sweater part would have to be, and given that the bottom of it doesn’t seem to be moving, I’m thinking it’s all attached. Which is how I prefer it anyway – all one dress. Full Article

Dear Sasha, I have a 12-year-old niece whom I adore: very bright, totally with-it gal. And a big reader. Here's the issue: I just bought her the two first volumes in a series (here in Quebec) of 14. The series is called "Namasté's blog", about a 13-year-old who shares her life problems (:o)) on a blog: parents, school friends, boys. Full Article
