This is the future as seen by Sarah Burton, unlike so many of the collections presented so far with inspiration in the past. I love the pale pinks and soft whites and greys. The visors are totally badass. And I can’t wait to see how the collection will be brought down to streetwear.  Full Article

Gwyneth Paltrow and Nicole Kidman have already tried this look from Stella McCartney’s collection. Christy Turlington did it better. She does it best. Even though I hate her tights with her shoes, even still...It’s Christy Turlington. It looks so natural and easy. And timelessly beautiful.Christy is aging. Full Article

Last week I wrote about how to fuel your day for a late afternoon/early evening workout. Click here if you missed it. I have since received a lot of emails asking me questions on what to eat if you are working out first thing in the morning.You may have read elsewhere that you should not eat before a morning workout but everyone has their own theories and I always recommend that people have something to eat in the morning before a workout, even if it is something very small. Full Article
