Lea Seydoux wore beaded full length gold to the premiere. I understand why she chose this dress. It’s full drama. It was meant for the occasion. But I also feel like it overwhelmed her. So I prefer the dress she wore to the afterparty, even though I feel like she could have gone without the sleeves and just kept the collar. Full Article

I normally don’t like lace-up shoes. I find it really cheap-looking. But the way Krysten Ritter is wearing these, under a long dress, almost like they’re tights… It’s probably the best I’ve seen.    Full Article

Hey Hayley! I've always been a class-based person because I love having an instructor and the energy of the group to feed off of. But... I have a tendency to push myself too hard in classes, which led to tendonitis in my shoulder. I went to PT for it and am cleared to exercise and have generally been pain-free for the last few years, but I’m mindful of not pushing myself too hard, especially when it comes to planks/pushups/etc. Full Article
