Skarsgard vs Gosling: cute-off!

Lainey Posted by Lainey at August 23, 2011 11:58:00 August 23, 2011 11:58:00

It’s kind of a signature move for Ryan Gosling. And, perhaps, to those who aren’t feeling him, part of his Try. To cute-pose with his little girl co-star Faith from Blue Valentine. During promotion, at every opportunity, he’d give us all the quivers with her in his arms. Now it’s Alexander Skarsgard’s turn. Full Story

Blake gives us Taylor

Lainey Posted by Lainey at August 22, 2011 11:47:07 August 22, 2011 11:47:07

Blake Lively can be polarising. Some of you can’t deal. Others are all over it. Here’s something that we don’t have to fight over: Blake is working on Oliver Stone’s The Savages with Aaron Johnson and Taylor Kitsch as the two leads. Blake brings paps. And when she’s not available to shoot, they’ll shoot everyone else. Full Story

Ryan Gosling is Peace

Lainey Posted by Lainey at August 22, 2011 07:17:09 August 22, 2011 07:17:09

He holds babies, he hugs dogs, he plays obscure instruments walking down the street, he loves Disney, and he’s good to his mother. Those of you who get hard for Ryan Gosling are about to get even harder. And those of you who eyeroll at what you think is his Try, well, you might have something else to add to the list. Full Story

Could you see it?

Lainey Posted by Lainey at August 19, 2011 10:40:53 August 19, 2011 10:40:53

Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling... could you see it? They were photographed together last night on the set of The Place Beyond The Pines. Am assuming she plays his girlfriend. And? Is it working for you? When it comes to Eva, who brings a palpable sexuality to almost everything, I could totally see it, because he’d have to be dead inside not to feel something. Full Story

This is all I need

Lainey Posted by Lainey at August 15, 2011 14:14:32 August 15, 2011 14:14:32

I don’t need Ryan Gosling to bring his dog on a talk show. I don’t need him to walk down the street with an instrument and a daisy gait. I don’t need to see him with his shirt off. Or in a beater tank reading poetry at a cafe. I don’t need him to have a clever, clever story to tell on a talk show. Full Story

Bleach blonde in a jumpsuit

Lainey Posted by Lainey at August 9, 2011 09:43:53 August 9, 2011 09:43:53

I must have been the only person to have not hated Brad Pitt when he bleached his hair around the time of the release of Mr & Mrs Smith. “Billy Idol called, he wants his hair back.” I dunno, I was kinda into it. Obviously not forever. But screaming and yelling about its ugliness, to me, was kind of an overreaction. Full Story

Sandy to prevent another Green Lantern?

Lainey Posted by Lainey at August 2, 2011 06:42:40 August 2, 2011 06:42:40

The Green Lantern was a disappointment for Ryan Reynolds. No one wants the same for his second release this summer. The Change-Up opens on Friday. And last night at the Hollywood premiere, Ryan showed up with his good friend and good luck charm Sandra Bullock in the hopes of avoiding another Lantern showing at the box office, to say nothing of the curse of Olivia Wilde. Full Story

Crazy, Stupid, Stupid, Crazy

Lainey Posted by Lainey at August 1, 2011 07:49:24 August 1, 2011 07:49:24

Written by Duana Now this is a story all about how you probably shouldn’t take me to the movies if the movie’s not a slam-dunk. Because I might be embarrassing. Sasha and I went to see Crazy, Stupid, Love (which I’m not sure needs that second comma AT ALL) with two friends of ours on opening night. Full Story
