Hi Hayley, Recently I had the opportunity to use a "bod pod," which assessed my body fat %/age. A quick summary: I'm 30, 5'10" and weigh 156 (that goes as high as 160 on any given day depending on what I've eaten or drank, but not usually any lower than 156). I work out 4-5 times a week, usually with cardio (straight jogging 3-5 miles or doing intervals on the treadmill) and doing intermittent lifting/hiit stuff (on my own, not with a trainer). Full Article

Dear Hayley, I'm 27 and for a long time, I was a yo-yo dieter. I struggled with binge eating, and would also go through long stretches where I'd become obsessed with eating healthy and exercising and would lose 25 pounds. And then gain it all back a few months later. A year and a half ago I lost 15 pounds and 2 dress sizes by lifting and eating healthy. Full Article

Hi Hayley, I'm a cliché.  I'm getting married in about a year and I want to get in tip top shape. I'm already in decent/good shape.  I have a healthy BMI and I workout about 4 times a week.  I do yoga once a week and about 30 minutes of cardio with some pushups and abs the other 3 days. Full Article

Hi Hayley, I’m wondering if a balanced approach to achieving my goal weight maybe just isn’t going cut it. I’ve been using the 80/20 approach for years now, which I like because that one day - or those two meals or whatever - that make up your 20% really feel like you’ve earned them. Full Article
