Among superhero movies, Spider-Man has produced among the best (Spider-Man 2) and worst (Spider-Man 3, Amazing Spider-Man 2) examples of the genre. So the three-boot of the franchise, Spider-Man: Homecoming, has to at the very least not suck like the Amazing movies, and at best, hopefully match or even top Sam Raimi’s take. Full Story

Sometimes it’s impossible to dislike a movie. There are just some movies that, no matter how many problems they may have, are so winsome and entertaining that you—happily—overlook flaws because of the feelings. Sing is one such movie. Matt Damon and the cast of The Great Wall were in Beijing yesterday to promote the film. As you know, when the trailer came out a few months ago, The Great Wall was added to the list of “whitewashed” projects coming out of Hollywood, including Ghost In The Shell and Doctor Strange. Full Story
