Last week I wondered whether or not Smutty Swift Collecting should be a daily feature on this blog. I feel like there is totally enough material to make it happen. Taylor played two shows in New Jersey this weekend. And, as expected, she collected. Everything counts in large amounts. (I had Depeche Mode on repeat all weekend. Full Story
James McAvoy and Sophie Turner were at Taylor Swift’s Montreal show earlier this week – click here for a refresher. Nicholas Hoult was apparently there too. Sunday in London. At a recording studio. Chris Martin and Guy Berryman (I think? It looks like Guy Berryman, right?) were there. And then Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt arrived. Maybe they were working independently at the same place. But then again, Angelina and Chris have worked together before. Full Story

But if you watched the BET Awards last night and the tribute to Janet Jackson, that choreography not only still holds up, it’s a challenge for the new generation. And the drop-step-walk from Rhythm Nation will never, ever, ever not look good. So, no, that is definitely not the end. Janet is back. And she more than made up for the excessive amount of Chris Brown during the show.

First Smokey lectured the audience about being too far up their own asses and to stop being so spoiled. “So don’t be so full of yourselves.” And this happened right after Diddy introduced him after bigging himself up first. Then Smokey performed and I almost got pregnant. Like, if I had any interest in having a baby, Smokey would have made that happen.
More BET Awards coverage to come.
