Who walks and who doesn’t

Most of them walked the carpet and posed on Saturday night at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. Some of them didn’t.
Bradley Cooper didn’t. He was shot getting out of the car and heading into the venue but did not stop for photographs. He was photographed however at the Bloomberg Vanity Fair after-party talking to his boss, Harvey Weinstein, but barely. And look closely -- I think that might be Suki Waterhouse just behind him in silver.
Jeremy Renner also avoided the carpet. There are only photos of Renner at the Bloomberg party, apparently having a moment with Hayden Panettiere.
And same goes for Granny Freeze Nicole Kidman who was photographed when she arrived (in old lady lilac) but who bypassed the official photo area and went straight inside. Kidman agreed to a couple of photos at the Bloomberg after-party but that’s it.
George Clooney did the same last year when he attended the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. He graciously posed for photos inside the ballroom with all the fangirl politicians and lobbyists and was pictured at the after-party, but declined to make an appearance on the celebrity pimp walk. Maybe it’s just me but it’s fascinating this kind of behaviour -- the ones who chose to and the ones who skip. And the conclusions you might come to about where they are or where they think they are in their careers (with Kevin Spacey as an exception because given what House Of Cards is all about, he almost couldn’t keep a lower profile).
PS. Gerard Butler walked. HAHAHAHAHAHA
