The most horrible, scandalous headlines have already been printed about George Michael short of murder and abuse and it’s liberating for him. Now he can say and do whatever the f-ck he wants. This freedom is feeding our smut. His candour is amazing. And his new interview with the Guardian is what you hope all celebrity interviews to be: funny, honest, dirty, and completely uninhibited, especially as it relates to his sex life. Full Story

Red carpet at the football game

Kills me. Not even the Lakers have red carpets at their home games. But this season it seems every Miami home game also features a step and repeat – photo wall posing opportunities for new part owner Marc Anthony and his wife Jennifer Lopez. Every owner leaves his/her stamp on an organisation. Is this the Lopez/Anthony legacy? I can’t complain. Full Story

Start your week with Jim Sturgess

It helps on Monday. And especially since he’s so infrequently photographed. Out of all the British Invasion Boys, having met and observed them all, he is my favourite. On talent, on personality, on sex appeal… it’s Jim, always Jim. Full Story

Blasphemy. They were one of the most iconic couples of the last 20 years and together, improbably, after his previous iconic coupling with Winona Ryder. Johnny Depp and Kate Moss. Painfully beautiful, painfully dramatic, too intense, too young, too photogenic, and eventually too much… But the photographs. Full Story

20/20 promotes Chris Brown

This interview can’t be characterised any other way. It was a fluff piece. Robin Roberts and 20/20 allowed Chris Brown to repeat his empty apologies without qualification, without addressing any new questions, without pressing him on anything of substance. Oh great. We get to watch his “sorry” face as they played back Rihanna’s candid segment with Diane Sawyer. Full Story

Little Sci loves dressing up in pretty frilly things. Just like Daddy? Little Sci’s advantage is that she gets to do this in public. She and Katie Holmes flew to Sevilla, Spain this weekend to spend time with the GMD who’s been busy shooting Knight & Day with Cameron Diaz. The camera happy family hit up the park for some public play time, showing off Little Sci’s dramatic new pink flamenca. Full Story
