Do you miss Jon Stewart? I do. And I don’t. I don’t because Trevor Noah deserves a chance to grow into the role and it can’t be easy to build your own situation when your predecessor is such a beloved institution. Also I don’t because John Oliver’s show is sooooo f-cking good. Full Story

I suppose it’s only fair, since Point Break turned out to be entertaining almost in spite of itself, that the other wide-release non-Star Wars option at the cineplex this holiday season, Daddy’s Home, is exactly as bad as you think it is. Full Story

A New Year’s gift from the Monaco royals… It’s Prince Albert, with Serene Charlene, and their twins, Jacques and Gabriella, in a rare joint interview about their first year as parents. And, I think?, this is supposed to be their relatable side? I mean otherwise the palace wouldn’t have released it, right? Every day there’s a new headline about all the records that Star Wars: The Force Awakens has been breaking. The latest – I think, because there are so many records to be broken! – is that it has reached the $1 billion worldwide mark in the shortest amount of time: 12 days.
