Dear Gossips,

I didn’t mind the pop-up Oscars. Was kinda fun reading those factoids. The thank you crawl, however, was totally classist. Basically it ended up being for the people who aren’t famous. Because it’s not like Leo or any of the winners in the major categories used it.  Read Full Intro

I feel like maybe the photos you’re seeing aren’t representing what this actually looked like in person. I was a few feet away from her and she was ON IT when she was posing at the photo wall. The construction of this dress, the way the leather weaves into the skirt, and how she wore it the way it was meant to be worn – as if she was going into battle. Full Story

I don’t know what I was expecting, in particular. Brie has had some choices I liked and some I didn’t and some, like her Golden Globes dress, that I grew into loving, surprising myself. But this dress did not feel loveworthy at all. It was just too MUCH. The blue and the pleats were okayyyyy, even though this colour is one that can be lovely and rich or completely basic with just a few adjustments in tone. Full Story

Do you remember my saying, a few weeks ago, that people were getting down on Saoirse Ronan for her apparently strengthening accent? Jennifer Lawrence: the Oscar last

Lainey Posted by Lainey at February 29, 2016 21:32:52 February 29, 2016 21:32:52

I was still on the balcony last night finishing up some shots when we started hearing the commotion in our earpieces to try to time a standup for Jennifer Lawrence’s arrival. There have been some FUSSY emails today about botox or fillers or micro derma Sweet Potatoes and why we aren’t writing indictments of everyone suspected to use these things.
