CarbFace is a whiny bitch
Ryan Phillippe went on Howard Stern and went waaaahhhh today when asked about his failed relationships. Apparently he’s tired of getting blamed for his split from America’s sweetheart Reese Witherspoon:
"I've been dumped on in the press for relationship stuff since Reese and I divorced. I'm tired of getting sh-t on. I don't feel like I deserve it. Things happen! How many people have you broken up with over your life?"
Sure. But how many people, while married and shooting on location in Vancouver, go back to the same restaurant and work up three waitresses at the same time and f-ck them on rotation?
As you know, Ryan then began an affair with Abbie Cornish while they were working on Stop Loss. This eventually precipitated the divorce with Reese. And now Ryan and Abbie are no longer together allegedly because his ego tells his penis to get hard for other women as soon as his woman becomes more successful. Abbie decided to throw down with him publicly, releasing a statement that she’d moved out. Ryan whined about that to Howard Stern too:
"I have a new rule: not to date anyone who has a publicist. Who announces a breakup? I don't understand that! There's no need for that."
Ryan’s career now consists of supporting roles. His next supporting role will be in the upcoming MacGruber. SNL character adaptations are traditionally pretty sh-t. But the redband trailer for MacGruber doesn’t look horrible. In fact, early reviews are exceedingly positive. See below. You will note however that Ryan pretty much has nothing to say. It could be anyone. You get work where you can I guess.
He’s hosting Saturday Night Live this weekend with musical guest Ke$ha. Those two won’t even make it to the afterparty. This is Ryan looking extra waxy and douchey at the MacGruber SXSW premiere last month.
PS. Val Kilmer plays Dieter von c-nth.
