Hi Hayley,I'm 28 years old, 5'3" and my weight without consciously eating healthy and exercising is 144 over the last 2 - 3 years. However, I have been eating healthy and exercising 3 - 5 times per week off and on this year and am currently on a four week streak and had lost a total of 10 lbs. Three letters are all I need to use to describe my Boston Marathon:  H-O-T.  The race directors were warning those who were not prepared, had not acclimatized to the heat or those who had medical conditions not to run and for the first time in history they offered all runners the opportunity to defer. Full Article

Hi Hayley,I’m 27, in pretty good shape and a chronic asthmatic.  I have just signed up to do my first half marathon with my girls in October and am really excited.  However, I am finding it so tough to run any more than a mile before I feel like my chest is going to explode and start coughing and wheezing. Full Article

The taper – that is where I am now.  I am just sitting here and waiting; there is nothing more that I can do except let my body rest.  It drives me crazy having no control, not being able to exercise, not being able to do anything more to get faster and stronger. If you have ever had to go through a taper you have felt like what I am about to feel like: slow and fat. Full Article

Hayley,I don't know what to do with my bikini line. I am very, very active. I bike to work five days a week (30 min each way), ride my horse 3-4 times a week, and do water aerobics 1-2 times. My skin is really sensitive and when I shave (carefully with good razors and shaving cream) it looks good for about a four days and then starts to get irritated as the hair grows back in. Full Article

Hell week, that is what I called my training last week. I set a goal of running 100km last week as I wanted to lose a little bit of weight (so I’m carrying less over the 42km) and I wanted to absolutely kill my legs in my last week of hard training. However, due to two big road blocks I only managed to achieve 80km. Full Article

Here is a quick workout I like to do on the treadmill when I don’t have time for a long workout but I want to burn maximal calories in a very short amount of time, plus work on the shape of my butt.  This is a great set to do on your lunch hour, before you head home from work or you can add it in to whatever you are already doing at the gym. Full Article
