April 6, 2011 – Smutty Shout-Outs
25 years after his Man In Motion World Tour, when he wheeled 40,000 km through 34 countries from 1985-87, raising $26 million for spinal cord injury research, Rick Hansen is now prepping for his 25th Anniversary Relay. Rather than cover the 12,000km trek across Canada, Rick is looking for 7,000 Canadians to take up the cause, and walk, run or wheel in the Rick Hansen Relay - going from one man in motion to many in motion. This week Rick launched the online contest by which Canadians can
enter to join the Relay, inviting Canadians who have made a difference in a number of areas (environmentalism, leadership, health and wellness, accessibility, volunteerism, etc.) to enter to win a spot. Click here for information on how to enter. Here’s Rick yesterday at Rick Hansen Secondary School in Mississauga in front of 900 students kicking it all off by surprising 17 year old Amna Ansari, an amazing student, volunteer, and leader with her medal and confirmation that she’ll be the first participant in the relay. “If one person can inspire so many, imagine what 7000 can do.”
Happy 40th Birthday Karen! No Dancing With The Sh-ts tonight, ok? You are a very good daughter to have swallowed that in silence for an hour. Tonight is the reward. Have a great time with Catherine and Leanne and as you requested, enjoy Colin Firth!
To Liz from Fernanda who requested for you some Alexander Skarsgard – Happy Birthday!
And for Bonnie who just needs SOMETHING after a bout of sh-t and more sh-t: you asked for Johnny Depp and Jon Hamm – they are attached. As for Brange, they’re fine, no updates…but I’ve attached a video for you, the one of them being all sweet but un-porny at the UNICEF ball, remember? What makes it even better is that the devotion from, you know, the fans who put this together, and the comments from the Brangelunatics. Anyway, have this on loop and it might help?
