Hi Hayley! I hope this question doesn't come across as "lazy", because I'm genuinely interested in the answer. What's the basic level of sport/fitness that a person should do on a weekly basis? I'm assuming stuff like HIT, training with weights, etc... are all just the "extra" on top of keeping your body in shape (and I don't mean ripped, just fit) and in good health. Full Article
