I like the pale lip. I like the entire face, the makeup. The problem is everything else. This dress is trying too hard. And she is trying too hard in it. You would think from just looking at her that it must be Coachella or something, right? People dress like assholes at Coachella. Vanessa Hudgens has done a lot of asshole Coachella dressing. What elevates this to asshole level is that gauzy ...robe? (Is it a robe?), a completely unnecessary addition to the outfit that serves no purpose but to make a point – only an asshole would wear it. Full Article

Hi Hayley - My husband and I are parents to a 14 month-old. We both work long hours, but try to be home to spend time with our daughter before she goes to sleep at 7:30. We often eat after 8:00 and all we want to do is watch TV and go to bed. On the weekends we'll go for long walks with our toddler, but that doesn't shed the pounds. Full Article

Hi Hayley,I hope you can help me with my fitness goals. I don't have a huge amount of weight I'd like to lose. I mostly need to tone up a bit. I'd ideally like to lose about 10 pounds in two months or so. But here's the kicker, I'm struggling with disordered eating. When beginning a strength training program there are specific physiological steps that need to be followed.  The first step is called muscular adaptation – this is where you do high repetitions (18-20) but very light weights.  What this does is “wakes up” your muscles so more of the fibres in your muscles start to fire. Full Article
