Remember the movie? I loved that movie! It wasn’t even a great movie! But my mother is kinda like Cher without the gays. The overshadower, the dominant, the diva star, and me, like Winona Ryder in Mermaids, me I’m a back up singer in the opera that is her life.

It’s freakin’ me out.
It must have freaked Winona out to hook up with Christina Ricci in New York this week for fashion week. Check them out the other day, Christina a full blown woman, Winona as usual, looking like an agoraphobic bag lady – still so beautiful but also pulsing with a very distinct imbalance vibe.
My husband says she looks like the kind of girl you’d find staring at you in the middle of the night with big, wide, empty eyes. The way he says it gives me the creeps. He says she gives him the creeps.
